PRIVATE LESSONS
-
Private lessons are designed to provide focused, one-on-one coaching tailored to each athlete’s individual goals, skill level, and learning style.
Every session is intentional, supportive, and structured to help athletes build confidence while developing strong, sustainable technique.
My approach prioritizes quality movement, proper progressions, and long-term athlete development — not quick fixes or rushed results. Athletes are given the time, attention, and feedback they need to understand how and why skills work, creating a safer and more effective learning environment.
I offer private lessons across all major areas of cheerleading, with an emphasis on strong fundamentals, technical clarity, and consistent, measurable progress.
-

As a parent, choosing the right coach matters. You’re not just looking for someone who understands the sport — you’re trusting someone with your child’s development, confidence, and safety.
The areas I specialize in — tumbling, jumps, partner stunting, and technique & performance — are the core pillars of cheerleading. These are the areas where proper progressions, repetition of correct technique, and thoughtful coaching make the greatest long-term difference.
When taught correctly, these foundations allow athletes to:
Learn skills more efficiently
Build confidence through consistency
Move safely and with control
Carry strong habits into every level of training and competition
My focus is on meeting athletes where they are, providing clear structure, and delivering high-value corrections that are encouraging, intentional, and informed by experience. The goal is not just improvement in a single session — it’s steady, confident progress that supports the athlete’s overall journey.

Tumbling is more than just throwing skills. It’s timing, rhythm, efficiency, and understanding why a skill works—not just how to survive it. I’ve worked with beginners learning their first basics and elite athletes refining high-level passes, and in both cases the process is the same: break it down, clean it up, and rebuild it correctly. I focus on body awareness, progression, and transferable technique so athletes aren’t just learning a skill for today—but setting themselves up for long-term success.
-
Jumps are another area where quality coaching truly shows. Jumps require strength, flexibility, timing, and attention to detail, and they often reflect how well an athlete understands their body. I specialize in jump training because it allows me to make meaningful improvements through technique rather than force. With the right guidance, athletes gain height, sharpness, and control while reducing strain and bad habits that can limit them later on.
-
Partner stunting is where trust, technique, and communication collide. I’ve spent years teaching one-on-one stunt work, and I believe this environment is where some of the most meaningful growth happens—for both bases and flyers. Partner stunting allows me to slow things down, correct habits at the root, and build strength, balance, and awareness in a way that group stunting often doesn’t allow. It’s intentional, detailed, and incredibly effective when done consistently and intentionally.

Technique & performance is where everything comes together. Clean execution, strong posture, and confident movement don’t just improve scores—they help athletes feel more comfortable and self-assured on the mat. I work with athletes to refine how they move, finish skills, and transition between elements in a way that feels natural and repeatable, not forced or overwhelming.
