TUMBLING

I specialize in clean, efficient tumbling built from the ground up. Sessions focus on proper technique, body awareness, power generation, and confidence—whether that means spotting skills, rebuilding foundations, or unlocking next-level passes. The goal isn’t just landing skills, but making them consistent, safe, and competition-ready.

FLYING / PARTNER STUNT

I work closely with flyers to develop balance, body control, flexibility, and confidence—both on the floor and in the air. Sessions can include flexibility training, core engagement, and balance drills, as well as hands-on partner stunting for real-time corrections. This approach helps flyers feel stronger, lighter, and more secure in every skill.

JUMPS

Jumps are one of my strongest specialties, known for height, sharp positions, and explosive execution. Training focuses on technique, timing, flexibility, and strength to dramatically improve elevation and cleanliness. Athletes leave jumping higher, sharper, and with a better understanding of how to consistently score well on the judges’ sheet.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength and conditioning is tailored specifically for cheerleading performance, not generic workouts. Training focuses on building power, stability, injury prevention, and longevity in the sport. Athletes develop the strength needed to tumble higher, jump stronger, and stunt safer—while protecting their bodies long-term.
