I bring over 20 years of involvement in competitive cheerleading, with experience spanning elite competition, coaching, choreography, and technical instruction. My journey began as an athlete competing at the highest level of the sport, earning multiple World Championship titles, before transitioning into full-time coaching and athlete development.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with athletes of all ages and levels—from youth and novice athletes learning fundamentals, to elite competitors refining advanced skills for high-pressure environments. My experience includes private lessons, full team coaching, tumbling instruction, routine choreography, and performance consulting, allowing me to approach athlete development from every angle.

I have coached and collaborated with programs across the United States and Australia, gaining exposure to a wide range of training systems, coaching cultures, and athlete needs. This breadth of experience allows me to adapt my approach while maintaining consistent standards of safety, clarity, and excellence.
